Contents are segmented into three proficiency levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, with an additional mixed-level option that combines all levels for a well-rounded practice experience. Cases are presented in the format of a question, diagnosis and rationale, accompanied by hyperlinked references and supplementary materials. Authors anticipate the addition of hundreds of more cases with time.
